As of Thursday morning, March 31, 2011, the Perkins Township facility at 5420 Milan Road is vacant and ready for the next user.  Firelands Regional Medical Center purchased the property in November and will begin a remodeling project in the next few weeks. 

The Perkins Township Trustees and staff welcome the public to visit us at our new locations.  The Administration Offices including Zoning and Building, Fiscal Officer's Office, Trustees' Office, Meeting Room, and EMS Billing Office are now at 1210 East Bogart Road, Sandusky, Ohio.  Regular Trustees' meetings will be held at this location unless special notice is given for an alternate location.

The Perkins Police Department has been operational at their temporary offices within the Erie County Sheriff's Office at 2800 Columbus Avenue since March 15th.  Residents can access assistance from Perkins Policde at the Sheriff's Office through the dispatch area in the main lobby of those offices.

The Perkins Township Maintenance Department, performing maintenance on township streets, parks, and cemetery, is now located at 2610 Columbus Avenue, Unit 9, within the former Columbus Avenue Business Park property.  Plans are being prepared to make this location the permanent home of the Perkins Township Administrative Complex with Administration, Police, and Maintenance Department offices.
